OPERATORS MAY USE STORMWATER EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
PROVIDED BY EPA REGION, STATE, TRIBE, ENVIRONMENTAL, TRADE, OR PUBLIC
INTEREST GROUPS INSTEAD OF DEVELOPING THEIR OWN MATERIALS.
OPERATORS SHOULD STRIVE TO MAKE THE EDUCATIONAL AND OUTREACH
MEASURES RELEVANT TO THEIR LOCAL SITUATIONS AND ISSUES.
OPERATORS SHOULD INCORPORATE A VARIETY OF STRATEGIES
TO ENSURE MAXIMUM COVERAGE.

OPERATORS SHOULD USE
